Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 140 residential properties with end-to-end oversight.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs efficiently.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements and renewals.
• Handle arrears management and tribunal proceedings if required.
• Collaborate with your team, including an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent, and Receptionist, to deliver exceptional service.

What You’ll Bring:

• A current QLD Real Estate Licence.
• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to excellence.
